Timberline Ridge Community Pool - Funded by small monthly residential payments. Large pool with changing rooms, toilets, covered area, parking, drinks. Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is located on Wild Iris Run.
Sandcreek Park & Trails - A 6-acre park is located 1/8 mile north of Venneford Ranch Road, and 1/8 mile west of University. Picnic tables, football/soccer field, basketball court, bbq grills areas and wildlife.
James G Toepfer Park & Trails - Located on Venneford Ranch Road, 1/4 mile north of Highlands Ranch Parkway. A 8-acre park with kids playground, picnic area, restroom, basketball court, shelter with four tables, grills and sports fields.
The neighborhood is within the Highlands Ranch development area with quick and full access to four excellent local recreational and sporting facilities.
